Reiki Energy and Chakra Points

Reiki energy centres around the body's chakra points, which are essential during your treatment. These key areas allow positive energy to flow, helping to align, energize, and soothe your chakras. I am fortunate to perceive colours during my practice, and I will share everything I see and hear throughout your healing journey.

As the session unfolds, healing energy will naturally circulate through your body, aiding in the restoration of balance and directing energy to where it is most needed.

Crystals may be incorporated into your treatment to amplify the positive flow of energy. You may also choose to use these crystals in your own meditation practice after the session. Regular meditation, even for just 10 minutes a day, can yield significant benefits, including enhanced energy levels, a calmer mindset, and a more positive outlook on life.

At times your Reiki treatment may include a more spiritual element.  Sarah is happy to share this with you, as this is your personal Reiki journey and she is simply the channel.  Please let her know prior to your treatment if this is something you would like and are comfortable with or would prefer not to, as indicated on your client form. There is no expectation or guarantee of this - only an open and respectful possibility. Sarah often sees colours, imagery and can share this spiritual journey with you if you wish.

Deep Relaxation

Experience deep relaxation as Reiki helps to release tension and quiet the mind, guiding you into a state of calm and inner peace.

Reiki treats the whole person – body, mind, and spirit – supporting your natural healing processes and promoting a deep sense of overall well being.

Crystals may be incorporated into your treatment where appropriate. If used, you will be guided afterwards on how they can complement your own self-care and meditation practise at home and you will be advised of this after the treatment so you can compliment your own self-care . A small complimentary gift is also included to support you on your journey.

Session Charges

Each session lasts a minimum of 75 minutes and includes personalized notes, cards, and a take-home crystal goodie bag. The cost for a single treatment is £35. For added value, you can purchase a bundle of 3 treatments for just £90, which can be booked at your convenience. Gift vouchers are also available.
