What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" when an attuned Reiki practitioner gently places their hands on or just above the client, enabling the life force energy to flow through them. Your body is healing itself and the reiki practitioner is merely the channel for the energy to flow through and your body chooses how to use this positive energy force.

My operating hours are as follows:

  • Monday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 2:30 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Additional Information

Sarah is a qualified Reiki practitioner, having completed both Level One and Level Two training. She has received expert guidance and mentorship from Sally Layland, a seasoned Reiki Master.

Treatments are conducted in the serene and inviting atmosphere of my dedicated Reiki room, located within the comfort of my home.

Disabled access is available, and individual requirements can be discussed prior to your visit.
